For once in their relationship, Elle and her mom Eva fail to see eye-to-eye on a tricky situation, which causes Elle to question her moral compass. Elle ultimately bets on her own instincts and rallies the student body to publicly expose a grave injustice. She thinks she’s finally won over her classmates, but a past misstep resurfaces and threatens to ruin everything.
